55 Minute Sessions

  • 15 minutes: Stretch (Assisted/Dynamic)

  • Assisted Stretching: Improves core strength and posture and enhances your athletic performance while reducing recovery time.

  • Dynamic Stretching: Active movements where joints and muscles go through a full range of motion.

  • 5 minutes: Core (Abs/Cardio) Core Strengthening.

  • Leads to better balance and stability.

  • 25 minutes: Training Focus Train targeted muscle groups, administered through sequential movement patterns.
