  • 10/10. Brady is not the personal wellness coach you want, but NEED in your life. To be completely blunt, I am someone who worked out training Brazilian Juijitsu for years and recently took some months off after starting a new job. I was out of shape, and a little embarrassed to try a workout class. I was encouraged by a friend to join Brady’s Wednesday class and he blew me away. Never once have I ever been so kindly welcomed as a newbie, and treated with respect as an entered a new gym. He makes you feel like a priority even in a full class of 15+ people. His class is beginner friendly and I love seeing ALL body types, men and women there.
