10 minutes: Static Stretch Routine (Standing/Seated)
Static Stretching: Stretching muscle to its furthest point and then holding position for at least 15-20 seconds.
30 minutes: Assisted Stretching (Massage Table)
Assisted Stretching: Improves core strength and posture and enhances your performance.
5 minutes: Massage Gun
