55 Minutes

  • 10 minutes: Foam Rolling Program (Upper Body/Lower Body)

  • Foam Rolling: Releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort.

  • 10 minutes: Static Stretch Routine (Standing/Seated)

  • Static Stretching: Stretching muscle to its furthest point and then holding position for at least 15-20 seconds.

  • 30 minutes: Assisted Stretching (Massage Table)

  • Assisted Stretching: Improves core strength and posture and enhances your performance.

  • 5 minutes: Massage Gun
