Meet Brady Bean

I'm Brady, a Kansas-born, sports-obsessed coach's son. My athletic journey led me from high school football stardom to college, semi-pro, and professional coaching. I've worked with elite athletes and transitioned into personal training and business ownership. Beanyology is my passion project, combining fitness, recovery, and mental well-being.

Building Beanyology hasn't been easy. Balancing client expectations, acquiring new skills, and managing personal challenges have been crucial. I've learned to prioritize accountability and adapt my approach to different clients, from athletes to seniors.

Beanyology is a reflection of me. Inspired by my father, I strive for authenticity, kindness, and a genuine connection with clients. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where people can overcome challenges, both physical and mental.

I tried this place first because Brady offered the first trial experience free for 1 hour. The place is clean, organized and well kept up. The cold plunge imbatible itself is very high end with a built in filter and jet that circulates the water continuously. But the biggest selling point is that Brady coaches you through your entire first cold plunging experience. I don’t think I could have done it without his guidance and coaching throughout.   • 10/10. Brady is not the personal wellness coach you want, but NEED in your life. To be completely blunt, I am someone who worked out training Brazilian Juijitsu for years and recently took some months off after starting a new job. I was out of shape, and a little embarrassed to try a workout class. I was encouraged by a friend to join Brady’s Wednesday class and he blew me away. Never once have I ever been so kindly welcomed as a newbie, and treated with respect as an entered a new gym. He makes you feel like a priority even in a full class of 15+ people. His class is beginner friendly and I love seeing ALL body types, men and women there.
